Consultant General Radiologist - NI

The job is a consultant general radiologist based at the South West Acute Hospital in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh in Northern Ireland. The hospital opened in June 2012 and is an innovatively designed 300 bedded hospital. The radiology department has one MRI scanner, one CT scanner, direct digital radiography, ultrasound, fluoroscopy & DEXA.
Radiology cover is also provided on a rotational basis in a non-acute setting in the Omagh Hospital & Primary Care Complex which recently opened in June 2017. This centre provides CT, ultrasound, & digital radiography services.
The successful candidate will join a team of seven radiologists and will be expected to provide on-call services on a 1:7 rota.
