Job Expired

More Information

We are seeking a full-time (10PA) paediatric radiologist to joint our imaging team. You will provide secondary and tertiary level paediatric imaging and participate in the emergency paediatric imaging on-call rota. The post includes plain film reporting, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT and MR. An interest in an experience of paediatric interventional radiology would be welcomed but is not essential.

It also provides secondary paediatric care for the children of Bristol. We are a designated paediatric major trauma centre. There has been significant investment in imaging capability and our paediatric radiologists work with some of the latest and newest imaging equipment.

This is a new post and has been developed in response to increasing workload in BRHC and a requirement to provide some paediatric imaging in Weston General Hospital, a small general hospital 25 miles southwest of Bristol. This post will have clinical duties split between BRHC (6PA) and Weston (4PA). On-call will be based at BRHC.

Informal enquiries may be made in the first instance to Dr.David Grier, clinical lead for paediatric radiology on 0117 342 8688, or Dr Huw Roach, Clinical Director for Radiology on 0117 342 3075,
