Job Description
We are looking for new consultant radiologists to join our growing team and enable us to meet increasing demand across all imaging modalities. We are a dynamic group of 25 consultant radiologists of whom 14 were appointed in the past 10 years. We are particularly looking for radiologists with subspecialty interests in Cross-sectional/Oncology imaging, Musculoskeletal Radiology and Chest Radiology. However, we could accommodate most other subspecialties within the team, including Breast Radiology, Diagnostic Neuroradiology, Nuclear Medicine, Paediatric Radiology and Plain Film Reporting. We would also welcome applications from retiring radiologists on a flexible annualised contract to suit both parties. Successful candidates will a need to have experience in general radiology and undertake a share of the plain film reporting, ultrasound, CT and MRI workload.
Job Requirements
- FRCR (or equivalent)
- Higher qualification (MRCP or FRCS)
- Holder of Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or within six months of CCT date at the time of the interview.
- A solid background in General Radiology and experience of reporting in plain films, ultrasound, CT and MRI
