Job Description
1-2 year Interventional Neuroradiology Fellowship at Auckland City Hospital, New Zealand. Available from mid 2020. Combination of diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology work in approximately 50:50 split. Comprehensive 24/7 acute stroke service with >200 thrombectomies per year. 100-150 additional neurointerventional cases covering the full range of INR and 200-250 diagnostic cerebral angiograms. Weekly neurovascular, neurology and neurooncology MDT meetings. On call requirements for both acute stroke and diagnostic neuroradiology (approx 1 in 4). Research opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Completed Radiology Specialist training
- Eligible for registration with the NZ Medical Council
- Able to commence job in the window July 2020-March 2021
