Radiology is quickly becoming one of the biggest growth areas in the NHS today, with demands for skilled Radiologists across multiple sub-specialities rising on a monthly basis.
Remedy Locums have an fantastic opportunity for an experienced Consultant Radiologist with a sub-specialist interest in Breast Imaging to join a dynamic team of two full time Consultant Radiologist’s located in the South West region. Initially this post is for a 6 month Locum assignment, with the possibility of an extension to cover a full spectrum of breast services.
Appointment of Summary:
- Consultant Breast Radiologist
- 6 Month Locum Contract

- 10 PA’s Rota;
Cross Sectional, 1 Plain Film, 1 CT, 1 MRI, 2 symptomatic Breast imaging/ 1 Clinic, 1 breast localization/ mammography reporting, 1 MDT Training, 2 SPA - Excellent hourly rates of pay
Hospital Requirements:
- Specialist Interest in Breast Imaging
- Previous sub-speciality training in both symptomatic and screening Breast work
- Competent in CT, MRI, Plain Film reporting and Ultrasound, Stereotactic wire placements and Biopsies
- Full GMC Registration
- On the Specialist Register
- Right-to-work in the UK
